These terms govern purchases made through https://www.thinkingcap.shop (the "Site"), operated
by EdUP Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 679 333 594) ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an
order you agree to these terms.

1. WHO WE ARE

2. PRODUCTS

  We sell a limited run of caps (currently: Korg, Daluce, Imigen), $67
  each, with 25 units of each style produced. Once a style sells
  out, it will not be restocked unless we say otherwise. We've made a
  reasonable effort to describe and photograph each product accurately,
  but colour may vary slightly from screen to screen.

3. PRICES

  Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are current
  only at the time you view them — we may change prices at any time
  before you complete an order. The price you pay is the price shown at
  checkout, including any taxes or fees Shopify calculates there.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

  Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. A contract
  is formed only when we (or Shopify, on our behalf) confirm and dispatch
  your order. Because stock is limited, we may cancel or reduce an order
  — for example if an item sells out before your payment clears, or in
  the case of an obvious pricing or listing error — in which case we will
  refund any amount already charged.

5. PAYMENT

  Checkout and payment are handled entirely by Shopify (including Shop
  Pay) at https://yhygpm-rq.myshopify.com or its associated checkout domain, not on
  this Site. Your payment details are provided to, and processed by,
  Shopify under Shopify's own terms and privacy policy — we never receive
  or store your full card details. See https://www.shopify.com/legal.

7. RETURNS AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES

  See our Returns & Refunds Policy: https://www.thinkingcap.shop/returns.txt. Nothing in
  these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or
  remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (or an equivalent
  law in your country) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  Site content — including text, graphics, logos, and product names/art —
  belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without our
  written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising
  out of a purchase is limited to, at our option, replacing the goods,
  supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. This clause
  does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded,
  including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

  These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/TERRITORY], Australia,
  and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that
  place.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

  We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date
  above will change when we do. The version in force at the time you
  place an order applies to that order.
