SHIPPING POLICY

This policy is issued by EdUP Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 679 333 594) ("we", "us",
"our") and applies to orders placed through https://www.thinkingcap.shop.

1. PROCESSING TIME

  Orders are handmade/packed to order in small batches. We aim to
  dispatch orders within [PROCESSING_TIME — e.g. "3-5 business days"] of
  payment being confirmed. During busy periods this may take longer; if
  it does, we'll email you an update.

2. WHERE WE SHIP

  We currently ship to [SHIPPING_DESTINATIONS — e.g. "Australia only" or
  "Australia and select international destinations"]. Available
  destinations and rates are shown at checkout — if we can't ship to your
  address, checkout will not let you complete the order.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
  and is shown before you pay.

4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by our
  carrier(s) and are estimates only, not guarantees. We're not
  responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events
  outside our reasonable control.

5. TRACKING

  Where the shipping method includes tracking, we'll email you a tracking
  number once your order is dispatched.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable
  time of the estimate shown at checkout, email nick@edup.com.au with your
  order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and sort out a
  replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

  You're responsible for entering a correct delivery address at checkout.
  If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an
  incorrect address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping it.

8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  If you're ordering from outside Australia, your order may be subject to
  import duties and taxes charged by your country once it reaches your
  border. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in
  the price you pay us or in our shipping charges.

9. RISK

  Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you
  provided at checkout.
