RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY Thinking... Last updated: 11 September 2026 This policy is issued by EdUP Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 679 333 594) ("we", "us", "our") and applies to orders placed through https://www.thinkingcap.shop. 1. CHANGE OF MIND — ALL SALES FINAL Our caps are sold as a small, limited one-off run. Because of this, we do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind — this includes ordering the wrong style or simply changing your mind after purchase. Please check the product photos and description carefully before ordering. This is disclosed here, and on the Terms of Sale (https://www.thinkingcap.shop/terms.txt), before you check out. 2. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW Nothing in section 1 affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded by this policy. If an item you bought from us: - is faulty or not of acceptable quality, - is significantly different from how it was described or shown, or - cannot be used for the purpose we said it could, you're entitled to a remedy under the ACL — a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on whether the problem is major or minor — regardless of the "all sales final" policy above. 3. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM Email nick@edup.com.au with: - your order number, - a description of the fault or issue, and - a photo showing the problem. Let us know as soon as you notice the issue. We'll respond with next steps, which may include asking you to send the item back to us. 4. OUTCOME - Minor problems: we may choose to repair the item or offer a replacement or partial refund. - Major problems (the item is unsafe, significantly different from described, or the fault can't easily be fixed): you can choose a replacement or a full refund. Where we ask you to return a faulty, wrongly described, or incorrect item, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs. 5. WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS If we made a mistake — you received the wrong style, or an item from your order is missing — contact us at nick@edup.com.au and we'll fix it at no cost to you. 6. WHAT'S NOT COVERED Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, is not covered by this policy or by the ACL consumer guarantees. Questions about this policy: nick@edup.com.au
